We released a fix. You need to update Clockwork Free and Pro in Manage apps to get a fixed version (Jira should also update them automatically in 24 hours from now).

We identified a bug that affects customers moving from Free version to Pro. If you disable Free version when you already have Pro version installed Clockwork will disable both versions. The bug was introduced recently. We already identified the cause and are working on a fix.
